Delete Your RESET Account

If you would like to permanently delete your RESET account and associated personal data, you can do this directly within the RESET app.

Delete your account in the app

Go to Profile → Delete Account and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your account or associated data.

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing:

Please include the email address associated with your RESET account so we can identify your account and process your request.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Some information may be retained where required by law, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
